| It is often said that some of the best Rotary programs are presented by members. Larry Hall proved that adage last week when he provided us an update on the state of the City of Buckeye. Former Police Chief Hall, now the Deputy City Manager in charge of Public Safety, the City Clerk and Human Resources, provided us a comprehensive look at the expansive growth our city is undergoing and the challenges that presents to the city to extend city services such as water and public safety. Economic development continues to be seen as many large employers have announced new facilities in Buckeye, including Kore Power which is investing $1 billion in Buckeye in a battery plant which will provide over 3,000 jobs.
