DESCRIPTION:The club has committed to semi-annual cleanup of Verrado Way be
 tween Roosevelt and Yuma. We have scheduled the spring event for November 
 9thth to avoid hot weather and holidays. The road clean up involves club m
 embers and potentially members from the Buckeye Youth Council.     As you
  know in the past the City of Buckeye has been requested to send out their
  Public Works crew to set cones and warning signs\, provide reflective ves
 ts\, and bags for our pickers. We will gather at the parking lot of the Pa
 lo Verde’s Training Center\, the EEC on Verrado Way at 7:30 am. After ge
 tting our safety gear\, tools and a briefing\, we set off in teams of two 
 (this varies). Once a bag is full\, we leave it on the shoulder and the Pu
 blic Works crew will pick it up. We usually spend about an hour picking up
  garbage and then meet back at Palo Verde. Optional Breakfast if Holly is
  buying LOL.     Hope to see you there.
