It's Not Too LateToday was our annual club fundraiser at Top Golf. Thanks to everyone who participated by attending, donating a gift basic or money or purchasing raffle tickets. We had a great time and stay tuned to hear more from Doug about the results of the event. In the meantime, there is still time for you to help. The auction raffle ticket sales remain open until 3:00 pm, Sunday October 27. If you haven't had a chance to participate I encourage you to check out the auction catalog. We helped do good and we met a lot of great people. We were in and out in 2 hours. If you haven't participated in a community service project lately, I encourage you to consider it. You will enjoy it more than you know. Pictured below. Linda Adamski, Dr Dave, Pres. Holly and Julie Strom. In the back, in blue is Lloyd. Ty Doolittle, Founder of Serving First Responders and pending new member told us about his organization and how they assist public safety retirees in making the transition to retirement. We also enjoyed looking at club committee opportunities and visiting, followed by an entertaining Happy Bucks time, brought to us by our own Sgt-at-Arms, Ed Williams. |
