Last WeekPP Cheryl (R) thanks Cyntha Zbiegen Cynthia Zbiegien, serving as a Member Representative on the Verrado Community Association Board, addressed the Rotary Club of Verrado to elucidate the community's governance framework. She detailed the roles and interplay between the Verrado Community Association (VCA), the Verrado Assembly, and the Victory District Association. Highlighting the VCA's board composition, she noted it includes three members appointed by the developer and two elected by Verrado homeowners, with the developer's control anticipated to continue for two more decades. Zbiegien emphasized her commitment to addressing homeowners' concerns, primarily regarding landscaping, and pledged to maintain open communication about the VCA's operations. Her interactive session concluded with a promise to provide comprehensive responses to the raised inquiries. She also invited members to contact her directly if their concerns are going unanswered by the VCA management company.
