Mr. Feericks is the President Phoenix Region, Howard Hughes Holdings, Inc..  Howard Hughes Holdings is developing Teravalis which spans 37,000 acres, 100,000 homes, 300,000 residents and 55 million square feet of commercial space.  The development is located west of the White Tank Mountains, along the Sun Valley Parkway.  Ground was broken in 2023 and the develop is expected to continue for decades.  Come hear about the future plans for Teravalis and how Mr. Feericks is addressing the various challenges that come with such a hugh undertaking.
