Last week we were dark for the Labor Day holiday. Hopefully everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday. Two weeks ago, we had a great turn out for Breakfast with President Holly at Over Easy in Verrado. The restaurant did a great job of accommodating our group and a good time was reported by all. Accompanied by a bagpiper, on Friday, September 5, 2025, the Heritage @ Old Town had its grand opening. Dignataries attending included Mayor Orsborn, City Manager Doug Sandstrom and Chief of Police Bob Sanders as well as former Mayor Jackie Meck. A representative of Congressman Gossar's office presented a proclamation. After a rousing speech Mayor Orsborn helped cut the ribbon. It was a great celebration on a beautiful Arizona morning.
