Our meeting on March 14 was a field trip to the new Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownPlace Suites in Verrado.  We were welcomed to this beautiful new property by General Manager Joe Alexander who graciously treated us to copy and provided us access to the board room.  Joe also conducted a tour the facility including both the TownPlace and Fairfield guest suites and rooms.  The property features a beautiful room which doubles as a breakfast room for guests and a bar open to the public in the afternoon which opens to a patio with a fire pit.  We hope to take advantage of the bar area for a social next month.  If you missed this tour, take a few minutes to stop by.  This is a great place for your guests.  Thank you Joe Alexander.  Your new property is top notch.  

 

 

The club, along with our sister Rotary Club of White Tanks, is hosting a "mix and mingle" session for the community on Thursday March 30 at 7pm.  The meeting will be held at the Center On Main.  Refreshments will be served, short presentations and testimonials will be presented about who and what we are, followed by a session to mingle.  Please let Dave Faragher know if you might be able to attend.  It is important we let people know who we are (their neighbors), what we do and why.
